Pay Entry Fees

You can visit one of the payment spots to make the payment (see Where to Pay section below). Staff at these spots can help you fill up the form online. If you’re racing as a team or family, separate payments have to be done (ie. separate receipts) for each participant.

Show up on time and sign the waiver

You will be provided with a race bib at the race venue once the once waiver is signed.

Participants who are below 18 years of age at the time of race will need a legal guardian to sign the consent form. We crosscheck to ensure this.

Participants below 11 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the race course.

Includes (Registration): Race participation, chest number and pins, water at start + finish + checkpoint(s), checkpoint energy food like bananas and biscuits, recovery soup or snack, and medals for winners.

Includes (Full Board): All Airport transfers Private vehicle on sightseeing and spots, domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and vice versa, all accommodation on twin-sharing basis, 3-Star accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara, homestay on the night before Race day, transportation to starting point and back to Pokhara, permits, entrance fees and government tax where applicable and industry-standard first aid kit

Participants below 18 years of age need guardians’ consent (i.e. signature on waiver) to participate. For first-time participants, their guardians must be present with them at the race venue to sign the waiver.

What to bring


  • Water bottle(s) or bladder carrying a minimum 2 liter.
  • Emergency blanket
  • Buff or hat
  • Whistle
  • Head torch (+ spare batteries)
  • This check will be done during registration and random CPs.


  • Mobile Phone – Local SIM card is available for Rs 200 with the emergency number dialed in.
  • Windproof and/or waterproof jacket
  • Trousers/tights covering below the knee are advised.
  • Fleece long-sleeved top is advised.
  • Some Nepalese cash in small change
  • 400 calories of food – energy bars/gels or other energy-rich food
